River Bend Foodbank Clinton Mobile Food Pantry

The Ascentra Credit Union Foundation donated a $50,000 grant to the River Bend Foodbank of which $5,000 was used to set up mobile food pantries in Muscatine and Clinton to further the Foodbank’s outreach in ending hunger in our region.

On the morning of Saturday, Oct. 28, our Clinton Ascentra team, along with their families, joined the roughly 40 volunteers at Prince of Peace Catholic School to distribute 9,742 pounds of food in a farmer’s market style event.
