Invest in Your Future – Scholarship Opportunity
Students, you’ve worked hard, put in the time and deserve to be rewarded – here’s your chance! This fall, Ascentra’s scholarship competition is giving you a chance to tap into one of 10, $1,000 scholarships for the 2021-2022 school year. The scholarships will be awarded to traditional and non-traditional students, and will be distributed as:
- Five $1,000 scholarships for high school students planning to enter college
- Five $1,000 scholarships for members age 19 or over, considered non-traditional or continuing education students
Entrants are required to write an essay of approximately 500 words on the topic:
"Credit Unions abide by the principles that foster community (people helping people). What do you think individuals can do to foster unity in their communities?"
All entries must be postmarked no later than: February 28, 2021.
