What you need to know for a seamless changeover…

• Your new card will be mailed on 2/17, upon receiving it, keep it in a safe place and set a reminder to activate it after 8 a.m. CST on 3/5. Activation information will be sent with your new card. During card activation you will be prompted to set-up your PIN. You may choose the same PIN you currently have.

• Please continue using your existing debit card until it expires at 11:59 p.m. CST on 3/4. It is important that you do not destroy your existing card before this date.

• There will be an inactive time where your debit card will not work between 12 a.m. and 7:59 a.m. CST on 3/5, please plan accordingly.
  

It is important to note that your debit card number, expiration date and CVV will change. If you use your debit card for automatic payments, you will want to update this information.
